The company SICOM HOTELI, activity of hotels and similar establishments d.o.o. is aware of the importance of preserving the environment, which is why in 2021 we successfully applied for the public tender “Support to micro, small and medium-sized companies in the field of tourism to increase basic and energy efficiency”.
The investment includes reconstruction of the ventilation system with recuperation, hydraulic balancing of the heating system, purchase of a waste press and installation of water flow restrictors.
The purpose of the operation “Energy renovation of HOTEL CUBIS” is to increase the basic and energy efficiency of the facility.
The objectives of the operation are:
The share of the planned reduction of the calculated annual energy consumption for heating the building after the operation by 51%
The share of renewable energy sources in the entire annual primary region for the operation of the building will be more than 75%.
Share of the planned reduction of drinking and sanitary water after the operation by 51.1%
Share of the planned reduction in the amount of waste after the operation by 52.8%
